Brandon is a graduate from The University of Central Oklahoma, where he received his B.A. in Business Administration. He has lived in the Dallas area for the past ten years and has a great understanding and knowledge of the city of Dallas. Brandon became a licensed real estate agent in the state of Texas in August 2008. He is a results-oriented, highly motivated sales professional with 11 years of sales experience. He is especially skilled at building effective, productive working relationships with dedicated partners and business clients. Brandon spent a Few years in the mortgage industry before joining Janus Real Estate Group. Heather is Co-Owner of Janus Real Estate Group and started her Real Estate Career in 2004 working in New Home Sales with DFW Builders. She is very well versed in Frisco, Allen, Plano, McKinney architecture, detail and design. She implements a web based Real Estate Brokerage design and is successful in understanding how to appeal to the average buyer that starts their search online.
She is considered a buyer specialist, but works closely with people looking to lease and purchase at a later time as well. She feels it is important to treat every tier of the Client the with honesty, integrity, caring and respect. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2002 with her BA in Finance and Economics and has lived abroad in London, UK and throughout Japan. After living in West Texas for 10 years, Hector moved to Allen TX in 1995. He worked for a major semiconductor company for 20+ years. In 2002 obtained a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Southern Methodist University.

Cutberto Salas was born and raised in Leon, Gto, Mexico. He is the 10th of 13 children, 8 boys and 5 girls. He always dreamed of coming to America and in 1988 finally realized that dream and came with $20.00 in his pocket and no English known. Eventually he became fluent in English and desired to be a United States citizen. In 2000, he became a naturalized citizen, one of the best days of his life.
He then moved to Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and met his wife, Rhonda. Together they have a beautiful daughter, Savannah, "Savy" is a very special little girl who suffers from Epilepsy. She has been through much in her young life but remains strong-willed and has the ability to steal your heart immediately. Cutberto and his wife are members of the Church of Christ on McDermott Road.
In 2002, Cutberto obtained his real estate license in Oklahoma and eventually became the broker/owner of a Real Estate office, managing 10 realtors. Cutberto obtained his real estate license in the great state of Texas in 2009. He helps first-time home buyers get down payment assistance through programs available from both city and state sources. He loves helping people realize their dreams of home ownership. Through his experience and knowledge of what buyers want, he also assist owners who desire to sell their house.
